"I have been seeing Natasha since 2012, and she is not only a skillful practitioner but a wonderful human being. Just being in her presence puts me at ease and makes me feel better about life. She has treated me for many ailments including insomnia, constipation, irregular periods, muscular things, and general stress/anxiety. I am always amazed at the results. What's more, is that her technique is incredibly gentle. When Natasha moved to North Carolina, but before she set up her NYC practice, I tried 3 other acupuncturists and was not at all happy with their approach. Not only was their technique unnecessarily aggressive (to the point where I would have anxiety on my way to the session) but they were not attentive. Natasha stays with you the entire time and gives you a foot massage or does cupping. This is unheard of in an era where practitioners typically bounce between rooms to maximize revenue. I have referred her to many friends, employees, and clients and they have all experienced similar results.

"I am absolutely blown away by Natasha. I have had acupuncture many times over the years, starting when I was very young, and I have never had such a great experience as I do with Natasha.
Every other time I have had acupuncture, the practitioner has come into the room, stuck a bunch of needles in, and left the room for the entire time. Natasha stayed with me the entire time, and she even did some foot reflexology while I was relaxing and finished with a neck and shoulder massage.
I would give her 10 stars if I could. She really takes her time with me from start to finish, explaining the different areas where she will be placing the needles and why. She always makes sure I am comfortable at all times, and she has given me some very valuable nutritional advice as well.
I always look forward to my appointments with Natasha. If you are nervous about trying acupuncture, then Natasha is your girl. You will not be disappointed!"​
